3.2 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers additionally agree to:

Only upload original content they created
Not upload copyrighted material without permission
Provide accurate descriptions of their materials
Not engage in price gouging or anti-competitive behavior

3.3 Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers additionally agree to:

Use purchased materials only for personal study
Not redistribute or resell purchased materials
Not claim purchased materials as their own work

4. Content Policy

NoteHub allows users to upload various study materials, but prohibits:

Plagiarized or copyrighted material without authorization
Test banks or exam questions that violate academic integrity policies
Content that is abusive, harassing, or discriminatory
Misleading or false information
Any content that violates applicable laws

NoteHub reserves the right to remove any content that violates these policies without notice.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Pricing

Sellers set their own prices for materials. NoteHub charges a 15% commission on all sales.

5.2 Payouts

Sellers receive earnings via their chosen payment method after reaching the minimum payout threshold of $20. Payouts are processed within 7 business days of request.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at NoteHub's discretion if materials are significantly misrepresented. No refunds will be given after materials have been downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property

By uploading content, sellers grant NoteHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content through our platform.

Sellers retain ownership of their original work and are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content they upload.

NoteHub's trademarks, logos, and website content are our exclusive property.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Disclaimers

NoteHub provides the platform but does not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of any study materials
That materials will meet your specific needs
That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

NoteHub is not responsible for academic outcomes based on use of materials from our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
