User-Generated Content
NoteHub allows users to submit, upload, and publish study materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you affirm that:
- You are the original creator of the content or have proper authorization to distribute it
- The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright
- The content does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
NoteHub respects copyright law and expects our users to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or public display of copyrighted works may constitute infringement.
Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate

Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, NoteHub has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. NoteHub may also at its sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.
