User-Generated Content

NoteHub allows users to submit, upload, and publish study materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you affirm that:

• You are the original creator of the content or have proper authorization to distribute it
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright
• The content does not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable

NoteHub respects copyright law and expects our users to do the same. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or public display of copyrighted works may constitute infringement.

Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction
